Aneesoft Free Video Converter 2.9

Aneesoft Free Video Converter is a free video converter. The application has extensive format support, but it limits the more interesting output formats so that you buy the "Pro" version of this app. When you add a file to the interface, you can still browse all the available conversion profiles. There are quite a few, too. You have profiles for mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and several other phones, and video game consoles, but you can only convert videos to the formats listed under "general videos". Those include a variety of formats, such as MP4, MOV, VOB, MPG, AVI, etc. Whenever you choose a format that isn't included in the free version, a pop-up window will appear asking you to buy the program.

In terms of design, Aneesoft Free Video Converter looks like most other converters out there, with a video player on the right, some space for your queue down in the middle, and the conversion settings at the bottom.

In my testing, the supported formats worked just fine. I like that you can assign different profiles to all the files on your queue; in other words, you don't have to convert all your files to the same format.
